What's in the trial?
The full Athena Essentials stack: every one of the 19 production webparts, the Orchestrator setup wizard, every theme palette, unlimited designers, and unlimited sites. No feature gates. No throttled webpart counts.
Do I need a credit card?
No. We don't ask for payment details to start the trial. We'll only ask for billing information if you choose to convert to a paid plan at the end.
How many tenants does the trial cover?
One Microsoft 365 tenant. For MSPs evaluating Athena across multiple customer tenants, contact partners@sharepointartistry.com and we'll arrange a multi-tenant evaluation.
Where does my data live during the trial?
Inside your own Microsoft 365 tenant. Athena is a single .sppkg deployment that runs on your SharePoint. No data leaves the tenant boundary, no third-party SaaS receives content, no external hosting is involved. This is true during the trial and after.
What happens at day 21?
We'll email you in the final week with three options: convert to a paid plan (Essentials £290/mo, Professional £490/mo, or Scale £950/mo), extend the trial if you need more time, or do nothing. Athena enters a read-only state and your data stays in your tenant. Nothing gets deleted. You can resume at any time by subscribing.
Can I cancel before day 21?
Yes, at any time. Email hello@sharepointartistry.com and we'll deactivate. Your SharePoint pages stop showing Athena webparts; everything else in your tenant is unaffected.
Who supports me during the trial?
Email hello@sharepointartistry.com, typically 24h response. For MSPs and partners, partners@sharepointartistry.com routes to the partner team.
Is the trial fully featured?
Yes. There are no feature gates, watermark overlays, time-limited webparts, or 'evaluation' restrictions. The trial is the full product. We don't sell a different version once you pay.

By starting a trial you agree to our standard evaluation terms: no warranties beyond what Microsoft 365 already provides, no liability beyond the cost of the trial (£0), and a request that you don't redistribute the .sppkg outside your organisation.
